PayPal is offering subsidized return postage costs with returning online purchases. The postage cost incurred by yourself in returning the item(s) back to us may be refunded by PayPal. Paypal Return Refund, is only an option for items which arrive damaged or not as advertised. If it is a change of mind purchase we generally do not accept returns as per Australian return laws. So your return costs might be covered by paypal if the return in question first meet our return requirements.

Damaged or Dead on Arrival
We here at My Craze understand that from time to time, a purchased item can arrive damaged, or the product itself is faulty. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and your “My Craze” shopping experience.

We understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product due to a number of reasons, so we have set out the My Craze Policy regarding returns for you to assist in this process.

if you wish to return any product, it must be arranged by e-mail to info@mycraze.com.au and you must supply the following details:

  1. Your order number (located on your invoice)
  2. Your full name
  3. Your shipping address
  4. Product name
  5. The reason why you want to return it

Refunds will only be for the value of the product. You will not receive a refund for the shipping costs which is included on the original invoice, nor the shipping costs you incur in returning the item to us.

If you are claiming that your item is damaged, dead on arrival or faulty, please know that once it has been received by the My Craze team, it will be checked and tested. If your item works or it is undamaged it will be sent back to you, so you can enjoy your purchase with no refund provided.

All returned products must be in the condition that the customer received them in, in the original packaging and complete with all accessories such as cases, straps, cables, care kits, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, manuals, and any materials that was originally shipped with the product in question. The products must be in BRAND NEW condition, showing no signs of wear or tear such as scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes on any product.

Can I cancel or change my orders
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel, change or edit an order once it has been made. Our warehouse and suppliers work very efficiently to ensure that your orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Once your order is made, it cannot be cancelled or altered as it may have already been packed, or now already being loaded onto a delivery truck.

We kindly ask that you please check your order details, including your delivery address, before confirming your purchase.

Wrong Item delivered
If you have received an item that you did not order, or somebody else’s order entirely, please let us know.

To help our Customer Service Team get to the bottom of what happened, we kindly ask that you communicate to us your order number, and the item you thought you were getting.  We will then instruct you to return the mistakenly sent item back to us. We will endeavor to fulfill the correct order if in stock and send i back to you. If it is not available, you have the choice of a refund, a store credit, or  an item of equivalent value or better if available.

This information will allow us to work out what has happened and fix the problem for you faster.

Mistaken Purchases
If this happens we’ll need the product sent back to us in the original packaging, unopened and sealed. We will provide you with a store credit less the delivery fee and less a restocking fee – either 20% or $25 whichever is lower.You must notify us that you’ve changed your mind within 28 days of placing your order. Please note that for hygiene reasons we do dot accept change of Mind returns on Swimwear, Hosiery, Socks, Underwear and any items that are worn.  Please allow up to 7 business days for us to review your claim and respond.

Return postage will be at your expense so to save money and avoid these costs please consider alternatives prior to returning your goods, such as using them as a gift.

Refunds are only offered where the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly advertised.

Hopefully you wont have to resort to returns, as we will try our best to fulfill every order correctly.
