MyCraze.com.au uses Australia Post to deliver most of it’s products. All postage includes tracking, with Eparcel safe Drop to ensure quick delivery. Signature available at request, which if you arn’t home will mean a card will be left at your door and you will need to go to your local Post Office to collect and sign for.  Click and Collect service also available on certain sized items, so please be aware of what you are buying in regards to the size of the item as click and collect only accept certain sizes.

All purchases need approximately 24hrs to process and then be sent out the next working day. Items purchased before 11am will most likely be shipped same day.  If you choose Standard Regular Post, you will need to wait a few working days for the arrival of your item.  We are based in Melbourne, so generally the further the state you are, the longer it will take.  If you Choose Express Post your item will arrive much faster. Please be aware of the next day delivery guarantee from Australia Post. If your postcode does not fall in that next day delivery window, then your item can take longer to arrive.

International

Currency conversion

The MyCraze website has a dropdown currency switcher to allow customers from overseas to see the cost of an item in their countries currency. However, when you enter the cart page or checkout, our website will automatically switch back to Australian Currency (AUD). This is to allow our system to calculate postage and item cost and to prepare for payment. In the future we will try to employ payments in each countries currency, but for now that is the way it has to be.

Customs Charges
Please note that International (including New Zealand) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country. This is normally based on orders being over a value set by your local authority, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and MyCraze will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence, MyCraze will not mark your package as a “sample” or “gift“ to avoid these taxes.

Pack & Track – International Service
We use Pack N Track Exclusively for all our international deliveries for items under 2kg. Anything over that weight will be sent Express Courier service as per Australia Post guides.

Oversised or Dropshipped items

We would like to inform you of the shipping options we have with certain types of products.  Because MyCraze sells items in different genre we sometimes employ a dropship for large items or items that we don’t carry.  Around 80% of what we sell on MyCraze are warehoused by us. But the Sound, and Memorabilia departments are handled by our suppliers.  What this means is that if you buy a guitar from us, it will be shipped from our supplier direct to your door. This also means that if you buy a guitar and a pair of sneakers, that you will be charged for 2 separate deliveries as they cannot both be sent together.  But will appear on your checkout and payment in one final total.

Unfortunately there is no way around this, and this is how it has to be for now. We may introduce a shipping cap further down the track.

These 3 types of products can be purchased together, but will have to be shipped in seperate parcels as they will be sent from different locations.
